Dear Readers, Life happens. (Birdie, Billy and James) Since I last published a post nearly two months ago, we welcomed Baby James into our family on March 1. Three days later a family member was diagnosed with an illness which has taken me away from home, as well as sewing for extended periods of time. While the last four weeks have been quite exciting and enjoyable, I've had little time to sew, or even blog. I've just returned from Nashville where I presented a talk+trunkshow, and a Tunic Bible workshop to the lovely ladies of the ASG Nashville Chapter, combined with a two-day visit and training session at the Pfaff Headquarters. The workshop was held in a Nashville Police Precinct and I couldn't resist having my photo made with a policeman who likes to sew! Greetings from the desert! A beautiful baby and gorgeous warm weather greeted us upon our arrival to Scottsdale. Can life get better than this? I've been asked countless times if I plan to sew for Birdie (now 6 months). The answer is YES, but I have decided not to smock again.
