Dearest Sarah, You must know that when you reveal your troubles when sewing that you endear yourself to your followers even more. Soo sorry about the blue stain. Thought that sort of thing only happened to me. Don’t fail to let us know the outcome.

I used to really enjoy and relate to this blog. The lovely garments you sewed were the type of sewing I aspired to. Now your blog seems to be just advertisements. Disappointed but still interested in the RTW fasters.

      Dear Julie,
I’m disappointed to read of your disappointment with Goodbye Valentino. Upon discovering that WordPress was selling advertising on my blog which I had no control over, I opted for a blog redesign with advertisements that would benefit my blog.
Regarding my sewing – I’m taking a class now which will result in a muslin. I love to sew and have much to learn. I realized I was starting to repeat mistakes and knew it was time to gain knowledge rather than continue to sew garments that either weren’t quite right or garments I had struggled with. Hopefully I’ll be back to sewing in a steadier rate soon.
Many thanks for your comment, I’m always interested in readers’ opinions and constructive criticism 😉

Funny, I never even notice the adverts! Congratulations on your win! Love the blog. Hope you get the stain out. I just finished a pink top of $1 fabric from the thrift store, only to find that it was too tight in the shoulders…a Burda pattern…well known to me for being especially broad in the shoulders. AARGGHH!!

First of all, I do so hope that you are feeling better Sarah?
Congratulations on your latest win. I must check out the fabric company as I live in the U.K. and until your blog, had never heard of them……..mind you I do live in rural Lincolnshire these days, so a lot passes us by!!
To try and help with the stain removal, what was it that stained your fabric Sarah? I am sure you have got it out by now, as I am rather late responding to this latest posting.

Loved the beautiful hot pink on you by the way; another triumph.
