While patience is a virtue, and a quality I attempt to pursue, I would not consider it to be my best attribute. Many sewists truly enjoy using the PDF patterns. I too love the instant gratification of downloading a pattern, but assembling 30-page patterns is an event in and of itself. As I so excitedly announced, Julie Starr and I signed a contract for a second book which required my immediate and devoted attention to receive a 2019 publishing date. I learned something on this project that you may already know; scalloped hems look best on solids and pinstripes. Having said that here’s my latest….. Lots of lessons in the post actually.
